Australia M&A – MidOcean Energy to acquire JERA’s stakes in Gorgon LNG and Ichthys LNG

Earlier this week, JERA announced that it has entered into definitive agreements to divest its minority interests in two Australian integrated gas-to-LNG projects to MidOcean Energy, the LNG investment platform managed by EIG.
