Indonesia M&A - MedcoEnergi acquire Repsol's interest in the Corridor PSC

Today, MedcoEnergi announced a deal to acquire Repsol's 24% interest in the Corridor PSC in Indonesia. The announced transaction value is US$425 million. I have not seen an effective date but the deal is expected to completed in Q3 2025. Once completed, the rights holdings will be MedcoEnergi (70% + operator) and Pertamina (30%).

The leaves Repsol's remaining interest in Indonesia as a 45% stake in the nearby Sakakemang PSC. I looked at the potential sale of Repsol's remaining assets (Corridor PSC + Sakakemang PSC) in May 2024 (link) but below is a summary of the asset.
