Malaysia M&A - Idemitsu Kosan acquire interests in two assets from SK Earthon

To continue the busy week, on Wednesday, we saw another announcement in Malaysia at the Energy Asia event. Idemitsu Kosan announced a deal to acquire a 40% interest in two assets from SK Earthon. No value for the deal has been announced and completion is likely subject to standard closing conditions.
