Malaysia M&A - PTTEP acquire a 9.998% indirect interest in SK-408 from TotalEnergies

Earlier today, PTTEP announced that they had acquired an indirect 9.998% participating interest in the SK-408 PSC offshore Sarawak, Malaysia from TotalEnergies. The actual deal structure sees PTTEP SG Holding Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of PTTEP, acquire a 49.99% interest in AzurVista Resources Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of TotalEnergies. AzurVista Resources holds 20% participating interest block SK-408 block. No deal value has been announced but the deal is complete, making the current rights holdings TotalEnergies (30.002% + operator), Shell (30%), Petronas Carigali (30%), and PTTEP (9.998%).
