Malaysia M&A - SMJ Energy acquire 20% interest in North Sabah EOR PSC from PETRONAS

Yesterday, SMJ Energy announced that they will acquire a 20% non-operated interest in the North Sabah EOR PSC from PETRONAS Carigali. No transaction value has been announced but I imagine any payments will come from future revenues. I don't believe the deal is complete but, once complete, the rights holdings will be Hibiscus Petroleum (50% + op), PETRONAS Carigali (30%), SMJ Energy (20%).
