New Zealand M&A – Sunda Energy to acquire Matahio's New Zealand assets

Yesterday, Sunda Energy announced that it has signed a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement that will see it acquire a Matahio subsidiary that holds its New Zealand assets, consisting of four petroleum mining permits (PMPs) and one petroleum exploration permit (PEP).
