Thailand M&A - PTTEP acquire Jadestone's onshore assets in Thailand

Today, Jadestone Energy announced that they have divested their onshore Thailand interests to PTTEP, through the sale of their 27.2% interest in APICO LLC. The deal is effective 1 January 2025 and is for an initial cash consideration of US $39.4 million, with a further US $3.5 million in cash payable contingent on future licence extensions.
