Thailand M&A - TIS Energy acquire Avenir's 30% interest in the Manora field

Yesterday, Avenir Energy announced they had completed a deal with TIS Energy for the latter to acquire their 30% non-operated interest in Block G01/48 offshore Thailand that contains the Manora oil field. No deal value was mentioned and the deal was completed on October 28. The rights holdings of Block G01/48 are now Valeura Energy (70% + operator), and TIS Energy (30%).
